Refund Policy

Trazor is a subscription-based software service. This policy explains when and how you can cancel and request a refund. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
Free plan and trial
You can use Trazor's Free plan without any charge, and Pro features are free for your first 30 days. No credit card is required to start, so there is nothing to refund for the trial period — if you do nothing, you simply move to the Free plan when the trial ends.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which you move to the Free plan. We do not automatically charge you after cancellation.
Monthly subscriptions
If Pro is your first purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first monthly payment. Beyond that, monthly Pro payments are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, because you retain full access for that period. If you were charged in error or a technical issue prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will review your case.
Annual subscriptions
For annual Pro plans, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you can cancel to prevent renewal.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us at support@trazor.ai from the email address used for your purchase, or use the receipt link provided by Paddle. Paddle may also contact you to verify the request.
Merchant of Record
Purchases are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax and refunds on our behalf. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. Where local law grants stronger rights, those rights apply.
