This Privacy Policy explains how Trazor, operated by FiveChain ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our trading journal and analytics service. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information from your sign-in provider (such as your email address, name, and profile image); trading data imported from exchange accounts you connect (such as orders, fills, positions, balances, and fees) via read-only API keys; and usage and device data needed to operate and secure the Service. We do not collect or store your payment card details — payments are handled by our payment provider.
2. How we use your information
To provide the Service by importing, organizing, and analyzing your trading; to operate, secure, and improve the Service; to communicate with you about your account, sync status, and important updates; and to prevent fraud and abuse of free trials and referral rewards.
3. Exchange API keys
We only accept read-only API keys and, where possible, reject keys with trading or withdrawal permissions. Keys are stored encrypted in a dedicated secrets vault, never in our main database in plain text, and are deleted immediately when you disconnect an exchange or delete your account. We never use keys to trade or move funds, and never share them.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service and preventing abuse), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required (for example, public sharing you opt into).
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service — our cloud infrastructure provider (Microsoft Azure), our sign-in provider (Google), and our payment provider and Merchant of Record (Paddle) — and only as needed. If you choose to make a journal or result public, that content becomes visible to others by your choice.
6. International transfers
Trazor is a worldwide service and your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such international transfers.
7. Data retention
We keep your trading data while your exchange account is connected. When you disconnect a key, we delete the associated trading data, and when you delete your account, we delete your personal information. To prevent abuse of free trials we retain a limited, non-identifying record described in the next section.
8. Abuse-prevention fingerprint
To stop the same exchange account from repeatedly claiming free trials, we store a one-way cryptographic fingerprint (a keyed hash) of each connected exchange account identifier, along with trial dates. This fingerprint cannot be reversed to reveal your exchange account and contains no personal profile data. We keep it for as long as needed to prevent abuse — including after account deletion — and expire it after an extended period of inactivity.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights, including account and data deletion, from your account settings or by contacting us. We may retain the minimal abuse-prevention record described above where permitted by law.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We keep tracking to a minimum and do not use your data for third-party advertising.
11. Security
We use encryption, access controls, and other measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
12. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you through the Service or by email.
